Terms

The rules for using Auction Sentinel. Last updated 2 November 2026.

The service

Auction Sentinel shows World of Warcraft auction house prices and sends you Discord messages when an item on your list drops below the price you set, when you are undercut, and when something sells. The public pages work without an account; alerts need one.

Not affiliated with Blizzard

Auction Sentinel is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Prices come from Blizzard's public auction house data.

Private beta

The service is in a private beta, by invitation. It can change, stop or lose data while it is being built. During the beta nothing is charged and every account has the limits of the Elite plan. If payments are switched on later, we will say so on the site before anything is charged.

Your account

You must be at least 14 years old, and old enough to have a Discord account where you live, to create an account. You sign in with Discord; there is no separate password. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings, which removes your data (see the privacy page).

Using it fairly

Do not try to break the service, overload it, get around the limits of your plan, or use it to cheat other players. We may suspend an account that does.

Plans and prices

The plans and their prices are on the pricing page, in euros with VAT included. Limits are applied by the service itself.

No guarantees

Prices come from a public feed that Blizzard refreshes about once an hour, and alerts can arrive late, arrive twice, or not arrive at all. The service is provided as it is. What you buy or sell is your decision and Auction Sentinel is not responsible for any gold or items you gain or lose. Check the price in game before you act.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; if the change matters we will say so on the site first. Questions to burideveloper@gmail.com.
